I graduated cum laude from Leiden University (the Netherlands) in
2003, with a major in Civil law. In 2007 I completed the post doctoral
specialization training on Company law and Corporate law at the Grotius Academy.
Work Experience
I worked for nearly 6 years as an attorney-at-law with a leading international law firm in the Netherlands and New York and afterwards in Curacao. I have also extensive experience working as in-house counsel with various companies.

Flexibility is essential. You may engage Annette by the hour, on a daily-, monthly- or
project basis, both internally (as an in-house counsel) or externally
for a short or long period.
The fees can be arranged on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis,
or the fees can be a
fixed, with a maximum amount per project agreed upon in advance. Not only
are the fees
flexible, they are also highly competitive and far below the rates charged
by law firms.
